You can apply to join our trainee program at any time of year. Please allow enough time for the application process. You should apply at least four months before your desired start date, just to be on the safe side. This is how our application process works:

We get an overview of your skills and qualifications. Over all, however, we would like to learn more about your personality.
After 2 Weeks
3. SELECTION DAY
In the morning you take part in the Group Assessment Center in Bonn. In the afternoon you will have an interview with employees of the department.
After 4 Weeks
4. WELCOME!
Welcome aboard! Your career can start on one of four optional dates.
